In 2008, Arthur Hernandez, Sr. decided to give up a secure job working for a regional utility company to start his own electrical contracting business.  He recognized the need for a reliable contractor in the West Texas region.  With a vision to succeed as a business owner he enlisted the help of his wife Sylvia to assist with the paperwork while she also maintained a full-time career with the State.  Armed with an old pickup truck he set out to find work landing at Lamb County Electrical Cooperative in Littlefield, TX.  All 6 members of the Hernandez family now play a strong role in the continued growth of the business.
